“Please Love Me”

Animal abuse is a huge issue. Billions of animals are suffering due to reasons ranging from people too lazy to feed their pets to circus abuse or horrid conditions in zoos. One of the most common pets that people own would be the dog. Dogs come in millions of different breeds and are “man’s best friends.” Unfortunately, people often take advantage of their loyalty and abuse them. They don’t take them to the vet, don’t feed them, or enter them in illegal Pitbull fights (yes this is real). The list goes on. Just because they aren’t humans doesn’t mean that we have the authority to abuse them. Dogs are such loving and loyal companions, and we need to raise awareness of animal abuse and treat them with the same love that they offer us.

Remember that animals deserve to be treated so much better than what we’re doing nowadays. Keep the golden rule in mind: treat others (even animals) the way you want to be treated.
