Kindness is a very beautiful thing in our lives. It is small but warm, and it can make the world a better place. As a 10th-grade girl, I see kindness everywhere around me, from my family, friends and even strangers. These small kind acts touch my heart a lot, and I learn to be kind to others every day.
Kindness does not need to be big. It is just small things in daily life. At school, my classmates often help each other. When I forget to bring my pencil or notebook, someone always shares one with me. When I have trouble with my homework, my friends will stay with me and explain the problems slowly. Once, I fell down on the playground and hurt my leg. Some classmates helped me stand up and took me to the school nurse. They cared about me and asked if I felt better. These small acts make me feel warm and loved.
I also see kindness from my teachers. They are not just strict about our studies, but also care about our feelings. When I feel sad or stressed about exams, my teacher will talk to me gently and encourage me. They tell me that it is okay to make mistakes, and I just need to try my best. This kindness gives me the courage to keep going.
At home, my parents show their kindness to me every day. They cook delicious meals for me, help me with my problems, and always stand by me. I try to be kind to them too. I help clean the table after dinner, wash the dishes, and say “thank you” to them often.
Kindness can pass from one person to another. If we are kind to others, they will be kind to more people. We do not need to do great things. Just a smile, a helping hand, or a warm word can be kindness. It makes people happy and takes away their sadness.
I believe that kindness is the most important thing in life. It makes our school and family full of warmth. I will always be a kind girl, and I hope everyone can be kind to each other. With kindness, our lives will be more beautiful and meaningful.
