Eat dried fruit with no added sugar

Dried fruit is yummy and a great snack, but most of the times it is overloaded with sugar. For example, most dried mangos contain so much sugar that for some, they can barely taste that it is a mango. All that sugar defeats the purpose of eating fruit.

A great alternative is just to eat fresh fruit. It’s refreshing, and contains nutrients that dried fruit wouldn’t have. Plus, most fruit quenches thirst as well.

If you don’t like fresh fruit, try blending it in a smoothie. There are endless possibilities. If you absolutely have to eat dried fruit, go for the organic, no sugar added kinds. You can find them at Costco, Sprout’s, and most supermarkets.

Why not enjoy the delicious fruit that our earth bears without filling yourself with unnecessary sugars?
