With its bright sweetness from sweet tomatoes and the mild taste from the pasta itself, tomato pasta has surely received countless “love letters” from pasta enthusiasts, becoming one of the most beloved dishes throughout the globe.
Given the popularity of sauces, for instance, mushroom cream, what makes tomato pasta an all-time favorite? The answer often lies in its fundamental pairing: beef and tomatoes, which creates a perfect balance of sweet, fresh, and rich.
In a survey about people’s taste preferences, it was shown that most of us like to eat foods with tomatoes and beef or grease. That is exactly why we find it so hard to resist tomato pasta. And anyways,
Another reason for our fascination with tomato pasta is how easy it is to prepare. The process can be summed up in just 3 steps: —boil noodles, drain them, and enjoy (especially if you have ready-made tomato sauce!).
