Baltimore protesters who were angry at the death of 25 year-old Freddie Gray destroyed cars, windows, and other objects. Among those, 12 were arrested. They argue that Gray did not receive timely medical treatment after he was arrested. His spinal cord was severely injured, and he slipped into a coma and died. There is a Supreme Court case that states that if you are in a high-crime area, and one flee from the police unprovoked, the police have the legal ability to pursue them. However, many believe that Gray shouldn’t have been arrested in the first place, considering he was weaponless and wasn’t hurting anyone. The police did not disclose any details on how Gray got his injuries.
