Justice officials announced on Thursday, December 31st that a murder plot during New Year’s Eve celebrations was thwarted. Emanuel Lutchman, aged 25, was planning a slaughter at a New York bar and restaurant while New Year’s Eve celebrations commenced as part of his initiation to ISIS. In attempting to provide support to ISIS, Lutchman faces a prison sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Lutchman and the complaint allegedly bought ski masks, two knives, a machete, zip ties, duct tape, ammonia and rubber gloves at Walmart on this Tuesday. The source revealed that Lutchman had planned to kidnap and murder people in the restaurant after sneaking in a bomb.
