The End of Scars

By: Dan

The human body is capable of healing incredible wounds. It’s quite amazing that our body can heal itself, and allow us to survive. However, afterwards, once a cut heals, it often leaves a scar. Scars are annoying, but there’s not much we can do about it. We can put makeup over it, but that’s a very temporary solutions

Now, however, new technology allows us to regenerate skin using fat cells, leaving behind no scars. By making skin heal with fat cells, it leads to skin regeneration rather than scarring. It regenerates hair follicles first, and then regenerate in response to those follicles.

This technology is very impressive, but it still in the early stages of development. So far, trials in mice have proven effective, though growing hair follicles back from a wound in humans proves to be a problem. However, science is accelerating forward at an alarming rate, and I’m sure that this will not be a problem in the near future. We could also use this kind of tech to prevent wrinkling of the skin. The applications for this tech are extremely useful in daily life, and can impact everybody.
